Cherry Blossoms in Tokyo

I went for a little walk in the Shinjuku Central Park to look at the cherry blossoms and came across a small Shinto Shrine. - you can the photos below. It was Sunday here and there were lots of people in the park having lunch on the central lawns which is a Viewing Spot for the Sakura (Cherry Blossom) and also a Festival. As my iPhone ran out of battery just when I wanted to take the photos, I went back about 5pm and photographed. There were just as many people there, walking their dogs, lots more sitting on the lawn and they were laughing and enjoying each other lots and lots. I loved the atmosphere and thought that Japanese people seem like really happy relaxed people here, family oriented - I really enjoyed photographing and seeing them all so happy. It was quite cold when I was out there.

There are circles around in sculptures and in the architecture ..... I wonder if it is related to the Enso Circle in Japanese aesthetics.
